An application for enrolment must be made to Ivanhoe Girls' Grammar School on the School's Application for Admission for International Students. This form should be sent to the School together with a copy of the student's birth certificate or passport, copies of recent school reports and public examination results and the non-refundable application fee of $125*.
The School requires students entering the School directly to complete an English Language test. The preferred test is with Australian Education Assessment Services (AEAS) (www.aeas.com.au). IELTS tests are also accepted.
The School will allow students from China to access the waiver provision if they attend an ELICOS course prior to school entry and meet other waiver requirements.
On receipt of the assessment of the test results and school reports, the School will advise if a place is to be offered. A letter of offer will outline the commencement and finish date of the course and the Year Level of entry and the fees to be paid.
