Please submit an online application form (via the Application for Enrolment link). A non-refundable fee $150 is required (a discount applies for two or more students if enrolled at the same time) When applying you will need to upload a copy of your child’s birth certificate, Citizen documents (such as passport, Visa or Certificate – if applicable).

Please note: a position on the waitlist does not guarantee a place for your child. Places are offered according to waitlist priorities, date of application and at the Principal’s discretion.

Our Admissions team will contact families approximately 18 months – 2 years in advance to confirm their intention to proceed with the application and will be asked to complete a Student Profile/New parent contact form.

Prior to enrolment offers, families are invited to attend an enrolment visit with the Head of Junior School or a senior member of staff. The enrolment interview is an informal chat to enable us to learn more about your child’s interests and strengths and for you to learn more about our values, curriculum and co-curricular offerings. Enrolment offers are made at the Principal’s discretion.

Upon receipt of a Letter of Offer, a non-refundable Enrolment Deposit of $1500 and signed and completed paperwork is required to confirm your child's enrolment by a specific date. This will be credited against the first installment of your child’s tuition fees.

ELC entry requirement: A Prep Deposit is required upon entrance to the three or four year old program at Ivanhoe Girls’. This is a non-refundable fee of $2,500 which is offset against the Term 2 tuition fees of your child’s Prep year.
